What You'll Do
Create an Excellent Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Answer incoming calls and assist new and existing customers with their insurance needs
- Handle service requests professionally, accurately, and efficiently
- Recognize sales opportunities and connect customers with our producers
Keep Daily Operations Organized
- Review voicemail, incoming requests, and daily priorities
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate agency calendars
- Review and process daily service work, including policy changes, missing documentation, billing issues, and cancellation concerns
- Maintain accurate records, create follow-up tasks, and ensure outstanding items are resolved
Support Claims and Customer Retention
- Monitor new claims and follow up on existing claims as appropriate
- Review open service cases and coordinate necessary follow-up
- Proactively assist customers with billing concerns, late payments, and policy retention needs
- Help identify potential coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect customers
Contribute to Agency Growth
- Gather customer information and prepare quotes for new and existing customers
- Develop confidence in proactive outbound customer calls
- Support customer retention, cross-selling opportunities, and agency production goals
- Collaborate with teammates to provide a consistent, positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to obtain required insurance licenses
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Bilingual English / Spanish skills are a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
